So the first of our club gatherings was last night. It turned out to be a smashing success! Most of the ladies were able to make it and they all got to meet each other. I think this is going to be a great group of fun women.
They made most of the six layouts that their kits contains. Each one receives a Level 2 paper packet, matching MyStickease and coordinating embellishments, which this time included our NEW rub-ons and matching cocoa ribbon to go with the Perfect Day PP. It was so great to see how quickly and easily they all figured out to put their kits together. Mind you, these kits start with whole pages of cardstock and patterned paper where they use cutting and layout guides to cut their own paper and lay them out for finished pages. It was so great to see individuality and creativity in each member as they were putting things together. Each put their own personal touches on their layouts to make it uniquely their own.
This is shaping up to be a big hit in my business and I'm so excited! Not only am I earning sales, I'm helping nine lovely ladies by showing them how truly easy it is to create beautiful layouts quickly and simply while having fun doing it! And with minimal effort on my part. Just a little guidance. This company is so awesome!!

Sometimes contraband is fun
So I found these "other" stamps at "Mike's" when I went to use a gift card for my birthday. I couldn't help but buy two different sets. I really like the style of these. To set over the guilt of buying them, I made a few cards using nothing else but CTMH products. ;)
Materials: "Thankful for Everything" SS from Inkadinkado. All other is CTMH. Perfect Day L2 PP, Cocoa grosgrain ribbon, Juniper, Sorbet, and Tulip Exclusive Inks, Creme Brulee Designer Ribbon Rounds, edge distresser, sanding kit, stylus, sponge. Other-staples from Staples.
Card from scraps
These are some cute little cards that I made using the scraps from my club's paper pack. I love how much use you can get out of one paper pack!! These use new products from our Autumn/Winter Idea Book and the September Stamp of the Month.
Materials: All CTMH. Perfect Day L2 PP, "Treasure Life" SOTM, "Say It In Style" SS, Spring Blossom Exclusive Inks set, Black Exclusive Ink, Sorbet Designer Ribbon Rounds, Creme Brulee Designer Ribbon Rounds, Spring Blossom Mini-Medley accents, edge distresser, sanding kit, sponge.

Gathering Make & Takes
These are for a Gathering I'm presenting next Saturday 9/6/08 for my BF Katie. I love these new stamp sets!! There are so many cute new stamps and papers in our new Idea Book....I want it all!!
The first card uses the uber-cute "Whoo Loves You" SS. I wanted to do a different size than the traditional 4 1/4" x 5 1/2", that I did this longer 8" x 3 1/2" card. This set was a definate must have on my list from the new IB. I'm so glad that CTMH is watching the trends in scrapbooking and paper crafting and making it available to us and our customers.
Materials: All CTMH. "Whoo Loves You" SS, Goldrush CS, Game On B/T paper, Chocolate, Olive, Pansy Purple, Cocoa, Black, and Desert Sand inks.
The second uses the new "Magic Moments" SS with the coordinating Magic Moments B/T paper. This is a fun little 4" x 4" card. When I saw that they had put the Magic Moments paper in the new catalog I was so happy. I absolutely loved the Magic Moments scrapbook kit that was offered during National Scrapbook Month, and now I can order more paper to add to my scrapbook. This is such a vibrant and energetic combination. Seeing it makes me happy.
Materials: All CTMH. "Magic Moments" SS, "Whoo Loves You" SS (saying), Colonial White CS, Magic Moments B/T paper, Flower Garden Dimentional Elements, Hollyhock, Sweet Leaf, Sunflower, and Indian Corn Blue inks, distressing tool.
